Implementing Creative Labor Day 2025

This is a practical activity to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and the 11th National Emulation Congress of Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers in 2025.

According to Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong, "Creative Labor Festival 2025" is an opportunity to honor the contributions of workers and laborers with initiatives, technical innovations, quality solutions, effectively applied in practice, with great value for agencies, units, businesses and the country.

At the same time, select and honor typical initiatives, improvements, technical solutions, and excellent creative products, representing the bravery and intelligence of Vietnamese workers.

In addition, within the framework of "Creative Labor Festival 2025", there will be meetings, exchanges, and dialogues between leaders of Party committees, authorities, and enterprises with union members and workers; honor union members and workers with outstanding achievements in creative labor, creating a ripple effect on the whole society; establish creative clubs or other forms to connect members in localities, industries, units, and enterprises with many creative ideas and initiatives...

“Based on specific conditions, Trade Unions at all levels will organize, launch and guide grassroots Trade Unions to implement the "Creative Labor Festival 2025"; encourage and motivate union members and workers to actively participate in the response,” informed Ms. Thai Thu Xuong.

It is known that, based on the actual conditions of the industry, locality, unit, and enterprise, in the "Creative Labor Festival 2025", provinces and cities will organize many activities such as the Exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise".

These include activities to honor union members and workers with outstanding achievements in creative work, creating a ripple effect on the whole society; displaying creative products (encouraging expression according to each stage of development: from initial idea to finished product); introducing the story and creative process of each product; the spirit of striving to overcome difficulties, daring to take risks; the results achieved; demonstrating unique creative skills and techniques; creating an interactive space so that viewers can experience the process of creating products.

At the presentation contest "Creative ideas for national development" and the skills competition, initiatives and solutions for technical improvements to improve labor productivity; cost-saving solutions, green economy, circular economy; initiatives to ensure labor safety, improve the working environment... will also be displayed, introduced and awarded at this event.

At the same time, live and online forums were held for union members and workers to share their motivation, passion and inspiration in work, the process of creating products; discuss trends in science and technology development, innovation in production and labor, and propose solutions to stimulate and promote the creative potential of workers.
