Deploy human resources and organization work

At the conference, the Organizing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee deployed Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW dated August 26, 2024 of the Central Organizing Committee, guiding a number of contents of Directive 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; deployed Plan No. 163-KH/TU dated September 19, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee to implement Directive 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; deployed the draft Instruction of the Organizing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee on a number of contents to implement the Directive of the Politburo, the Plan of the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the Plan, Tien Giang will organize Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term with specific timelines: the grassroots Congress will start in April and be completed in June 2025, the district-level Congress and equivalent will be completed in mid-August 2025 and the provincial-level Congress will be completed in October 2025.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Danh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tien Giang province, requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels must prepare and organize seriously, methodically and thoughtfully; develop specific and scientific programs and plans; assign clear responsibilities to each organization and individual, regularly inspect and urge the implementation process; focus on propaganda work, closely linking propaganda work for Party Congresses at all levels with propaganda to celebrate holidays and major events of the country and the locality; must create a truly joyful and exciting atmosphere, encouraging and motivating the efforts of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people in the province.

Regarding personnel work, comrade Nguyen Van Danh believes that this is the decisive factor for the success of the congress. Therefore, this work must be carried out step by step, each task must be carried out firmly, in accordance with principles and regulations; must ensure synchronization, comprehensiveness, connectivity, strictness, democracy, objectivity, impartiality, transparency; "doing it well" and must be closely linked with planning work.

In personnel work, it is necessary to promote and attach importance to quality; have reasonable quantity and structure, strengthen in important and crucial positions, areas and fields; need to handle harmoniously and reasonably the relationship between standards and structure, in which "standards are the main thing", not lower standards for the sake of structure; attach importance to both virtue and talent, in which "virtue is the root"; closely and effectively combine improving the quality of Party committees with ensuring the structure of 3 age groups...
