Awarding the title of folk artist to 5 individuals

With 5 people awarded the title of folk artisan on this occasion, Ha Tinh now has 70 artisans.

On the morning of February 5, the Vietnam Folk Arts Association (VNDG) in Ha Tinh coordinated with the Ha Tinh Cultural Heritage Association to organize a meeting with outstanding artisans and award folk artisan certificates for the year 2022-2023.

In 2023, despite many difficulties, the Vietnam VNDG Association in Ha Tinh and the Ha Tinh Cultural Heritage Association have worked hard, creating many results in the work of preserving Vi, Giam folk songs and other folk art forms. In particular, the provincial VNDG Association has trained and submitted to the Vietnam VNDG Association for recognition of 3 more folk artists; coordinated with the provincial Radio and Television Station to produce many talk shows and performances on Vi, Giam folk songs, Ca Tru, and Kieu plays....

Members of the two branches have also participated in writing and submitting papers to many provincial scientific conferences, provincial cultural projects, and published many research books.

Speaking at the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Vo Quang Trong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam VNDG Association acknowledged the efforts of the Vietnam VNDG Association in Ha Tinh and the Ha Tinh Cultural Heritage Association.

The achievements of the branches show the efforts and passion of each cadre and member in the work of preserving folk art forms. At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, the branches will make more efforts in preserving and promoting folk songs Vi, Giam, Ca Tru, Tro Kieu and other types of folk art forms in life.
