On the evening of September 25, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the "Campaign to compose poems and songs about trade unions, workers, civil servants, and laborers in Ha Tinh and the logo of the 19th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028". Attending the award ceremony were representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; leaders of the Labor Federations of the North Central emulation cluster provinces. Practically organizing activities to welcome the 19th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress and the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association to launch the "First Campaign to compose poems and songs about trade unions, workers, civil servants and laborers in Ha Tinh and design the logo of the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028".
The campaign attracted a large number of professional and non-professional artists; cadres, union members, and workers inside and outside the province to participate.
Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Le Thi Hai Yen reported and announced the results of the creative campaign.
After more than 4 months of implementation, the Organizing Committee received 37 works from 12 authors participating in the contest for the design of the congress logo.
The logos have different unique features but all reflect the theme and spirit of the 19th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress; closely following the functions, tasks and position of the labor movement and trade union activities of the province.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes and certificates of merit to 12 authors whose works participated, in which the work of author Ho Sy Khai (Nghe An) was awarded first prize and used as the official logo of the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress.
For the poetry writing category, there were 60 works by 40 authors participating in the contest. The works focused on two topics: honoring and recognizing the role of trade unions; depicting the beauty in labor and production of trade union cadres, union members, and workers.
The Organizing Committee awarded 1 B prize to the work "Awake at Night" by author Doan Viet (Thach Ha - Ha Tinh); 2 C prizes, 4 consolation prizes to other authors.

In the song composition category, there were 22 entries. The entries were of quite good quality; demonstrating the workers’ trust in the Ha Tinh Trade Union and recognizing the contributions of the workers and laborers.
The Organizing Committee awarded 2 B prizes to the songs "I love Ha Tinh Trade Union" by author Phuong Bac (Quang Tri) and the song "Ha Tinh Trade Union goes far" by author Quoc Dung (Ha Tinh City); awarded 3 C prizes and 5 consolation prizes to a number of other authors.
