As an excellent theorist with vision and strategic theoretical thinking, along with rich practical knowledge, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has left us many speeches, articles, and works of profound theoretical and practical significance on the creative application of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in the period of national renewal; on Party building and rectification; on State building; the tradition of great solidarity; reviving and building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity; on preventing and combating corruption and negativity; on foreign affairs and Vietnamese diplomacy...

Studying and implementing the articles and works of the General Secretary, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee has organized extensive political and ideological activities on the content of the articles and works: "Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam"; Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong"; "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam"; "Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy, imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo""...

Conferences to study the articles and works of the General Secretary were all organized in a direct and online format to more than 200 connecting points across the province with General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, an outstanding son of the Vietnamese people, an exemplary model of a true communist, who spent his life studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, and devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people. More than 27,000 delegates attended, and were broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online newspaper, attracting tens of thousands of followers, thousands of "likes", comments and shares. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department directed and oriented press agencies, information pages, and electronic information portals to widely propagate the content, value, theoretical and practical significance of the articles and works, and edited the Internal Bulletin with a special issue on the content of propaganda works during Party cell meetings and to cadres, Party members and the People.

Through political activities, cadres, party members and people have a deeper understanding of theoretical issues on socialism, the path to socialism in Vietnam and the reality after nearly 40 years of national renovation. From there, they enhance their mettle, political ideology, steadfastness in the goal of renovation and determination to build a "rich, strong, civilized, cultured and heroic" Vietnam.

General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong always has close feelings for the Party Committee and people of Tuyen Quang. The General Secretary visited and worked in Tuyen Quang, encouraged cadres, soldiers and people, expressed his belief in the spirit of solidarity, the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, the Capital of the Liberated Zone, the Capital of Resistance. The General Secretary spent time talking and asking about the lives and work of the people, reminded the provincial leaders to take care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the revolution, very close, caring and thoughtful.

Deeply mourning the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Party Committee and People of Tuyen Quang vow to continue studying and applying his writings, works, thoughts and theories into practice; determined to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; contributing to the further development of Tuyen Quang.
