This is the largest amount of concrete ever. The 5 basements of the building are directly connected to Ba Son station of metro line 1. When metro line 1 is completed, residents and passengers can walk from the building to the subway and vice versa quickly and easily because Ba Son station is also located in front of the building. In the general urban planning project being adjusted, the content on underground space will be fully implemented. The city will determine which areas are encouraged to develop, which areas need to be restricted, and which areas are not allowed to develop horizontally, vertically, and in depth.
