(BD) - On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Binh Dinh province (March 31, 1975 - March 31, 2025), on March 28, at Quy Nhon University, the Provincial Youth Union organized the Talk Show "Carrying on the fire of tradition - 50 years of heroic martial arts land".
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ly Anh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, affirmed: The seminar is an opportunity for the young generation to review the tradition of struggle and the achievements that the Party Committee and people of Binh Dinh have achieved in the past 50 years, and at the same time, it is also an opportunity for the youth to express their absolute faith in the leadership of the Party, in the revolutionary path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and the people.

“Over the past 50 years, along with the Youth Union nationwide, the youth movement in our province has also continuously developed with movements such as: Volunteer Youth, Creative Youth, Youth Start-ups, Career Establishment, Pioneering Youth in Digital Transformation... thereby promoting effectiveness with projects to light up rural roads; join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; bring young intellectuals to volunteer in rural and mountainous areas...", said Mr. Viet.

At the program, more than 400 Youth Union members listened to historical witnesses share their memories of the days of fighting for national independence and freedom; and listened to outstanding Youth Union members express their thoughts on the responsibility of the younger generation in preserving and promoting the heroic traditions of their ancestors.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union presented 10 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to former Youth Volunteers and War Veterans in difficult circumstances, expressing gratitude for the great contributions of this force.
After the discussion, the art program "Youth of the land of martial arts - Proud to continue" took place with performances recreating the heroic spirit, recalling a period of resilient struggle of the army and people of Binh Dinh.
