Heavy rain news from 9/11 and weather forecast for the next 10 days

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has issued a bulletin predicting thunderstorms, localized heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind from September 11 in the Northern, North Central, Central Highlands, and Southern regions, and a weather forecast for the next 10 days.

Accordingly, today (September 10), in the Northern, North and Central Central regions, the Central Highlands and the Southern regions, there will be showers and thunderstorms, with some areas having heavy to very heavy rain. Forecast, night of September 10 and day of September 11, in the area:

The North and North Central regions have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm, in some places over 70mm.

The Central Highlands and the South have showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall of 20-40mm, some places over 80mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).

Thunderstorms may produce tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rain may cause flooding in low-lying areas and the risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas.

The meteorological agency also warned that on the night of September 11, there will be showers and thunderstorms in the Northern and North Central regions, with some areas experiencing heavy to very heavy rain; from September 12-13, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain.

From the night of September 11-13, in the Central Highlands and the South, there will be showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).

Northern and North Central regions: from September 12-13, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain; from September 14, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, some places will have moderate rain, heavy rain.

Central Central region: from September 14, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (rain concentrated in the late afternoon and evening).

Central Highlands and Southern region: from September 12-13, afternoon and night, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain; from September 14, afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally moderate to heavy rain.

Thunderstorms may contain tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds.
