(NLDO) - Today, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City is forecast to continue to be sunny with high temperatures and a UV index at a very high level that is harmful to the skin.


According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, today, February 28, the general weather in the South is cloudy, sunny during the day, with occasional showers and thunderstorms in some places with insignificant rainfall; Northeast to East winds are at level 2-3.

The temperature is generally forecasted to be the lowest in the region at 23-26 degrees Celsius and the highest at 30-34 degrees Celsius, with some places above 34 degrees Celsius.

In addition, the AirVisual application also warned that the concentration of fine dust in Ho Chi Minh City is many times higher than the level allowed by the World Health Organization (WHO), which is unsafe for people's health.

Therefore, people should limit going out during peak hours when the UV index is high; when going out, they should use sun protection measures, wear wide-brimmed hats, masks and sunglasses... to protect their health from the harmful effects of UV rays and fine dust that affect the skin and respiratory tract.
