Hanoi Department of Tourism also builds a system of smart, convenient software to support management, serve tourists in looking up information, and promote Hanoi tourism. Management software to collect and process databases to investigate and evaluate the current status of agricultural and rural tourism in the city; digitize, connect, and integrate tourism data into the general information and management data system according to the instructions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The digital transformation roadmap not only brings direct benefits to tourists but also makes the management and operation of tourism service businesses much more convenient, reducing travel and paperwork.
