The province must call on people and businesses to participate in support with the spirit of "whoever has something to help, whoever has merit contributes, whoever has property contributes, whoever has little contributes little, whoever has much contributes much"; together with the whole country, complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by the end of 2025, welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party, the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding, the 80th anniversary of National Day, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, and the reunification of the country.

At the same time, the Ministry of Transport shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Construction to amend and immediately issue new construction standards suitable for the North-South expressway project when the situation changes.

With the firm request to complete the project by December 31, 2025 at the latest, and urgently implement phase 2, the Prime Minister emphasized that the Central, local, and political systems, especially the two Provincial Party Secretaries, and contractors must join in, join hands to implement the project, and report any problems or needs immediately.
