The Bac Giang golf course and resort project was approved for investment in Decision No. 838/QD-TTg dated June 15, 2020. The investor is Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company.
On July 23, 2021, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province issued Decision No. 351/QD-UBND approving local adjustments to the Detailed Planning for the construction of Bac Giang golf course and resort, Chu Dien commune, Yen Son commune and Kham Lang commune, Luc Nam district (scale 1/500).
In particular, it is necessary to supplement the design of the fire pump station; adjust and change the length of some bridges, water supply and drainage pipes and the total power supply capacity accordingly. Regarding the adjustment content, plan a part of the current landscape green land with an area of about 500m2 into the planning of technical infrastructure land.
According to the Investment Policy Decision, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province is responsible for the information and data reported in the Project dossier, the investor's explanations and acceptances, and the appraised contents; is fully responsible for the contents related to land allocation, land lease, and permission to change land use purposes for investors to implement the Project in accordance with the provisions of law; is responsible for converting 122.4 hectares of production forest into planted forest to implement the Bac Giang Golf Course and Resort Project in accordance with the provisions of law before the investor implements the Project.
Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the provisions of law on investment, construction, land, environmental resources, water resources and other relevant legal provisions during the implementation of the Project; ensuring sufficient equity and mobilized capital in accordance with the provisions of law to implement the Project according to the committed schedule; and being responsible for investment efficiency.
