Hoang Mai District Youth Support 2024 Exam Season

In the 2024 National High School Exam, Hoang Mai district has 7 testing locations at Truong Dinh High School, Vietnam-Ba Lan High School, Hoang Van Thu High School, Tan Mai Secondary School, Linh Nam Secondary School, Hoang Liet Secondary School, and Tran Phu Secondary School.

Deputy Secretary of Hoang Mai District Youth Union Vo Minh Phuong said that each exam site has 10-15 young volunteers participating, the "Red Flamboyant" team is mainly young teachers whose task is to guide and encourage candidates at the exam sites, the "Green Traffic" team and the "Exam Support Team" are responsible for traffic flow, guiding candidates and their families to participate in traffic, and preventing traffic jams. In this high school graduation exam, the number of 3 volunteer youth teams is up to more than 100 union members, young people, who are always enthusiastic about their work, all of whom have been thoroughly trained.

To carry out the plan well, Hoang Mai District Youth Union has assigned detailed tasks to each member of the Standing Committee, organized the mobilization and reception of drinks and items for the exam, and sent written reports to relevant levels about the exam support program.

The youth volunteer team contacted the examination sites to assign and support students with special circumstances such as orphans and disabled students to arrange for pick-up and drop-off. To ensure absolute safety for the examination, the police force of the wards checked, directed traffic, and cleared away stalls encroaching on the road and sidewalks.

Previously, the ward authorities had organized inspections and reminded the shops around the exam sites to pay attention to food hygiene and safety, to avoid unfortunate situations.

According to the plan, volunteer teams at 7 examination sites will provide free water to relatives and candidates, and guide relatives to rest in shady places. In addition, volunteer teams of Hoang Mai youth will also instruct candidates and relatives not to use drinks and food that are not hygienic, to ensure good health during the examination.
