Accordingly, Danang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center for Research and Training (English trading name is Danang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center for Research and Training- DSAC).
The Center is a public service unit under the Department of Information and Communications; has legal status, is allowed to use a seal and open an account for transactions according to regulations. The Center has the function of carrying out research activities, training in design in the field of microchips, semiconductors and artificial intelligence development; technology transfer, international cooperation; mobilizing resources, linking and cooperating with domestic and foreign partners to promote research, training, microchip design, semiconductors and artificial intelligence development in the city according to the provisions of law.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over receiving tasks, personnel, records, and documents corresponding to the tasks of managing, monitoring, and resolving issues related to management work and policies for developing high-quality human resources in the public sector of Da Nang city (including policies to attract; train, foster, and manage students of high-quality human resources in the public sector)...
The Department of Information and Communications is assigned to take charge of receiving and reorganizing the Center for High-Quality Human Resource Development into the Center for Research and Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence.
