Accordingly, during the Lunar New Year, Thanh Hoa province paid preferential allowances in January and February to more than 64,000 people with revolutionary contributions and their relatives, with a total cost of more than 420 billion VND; paid social allowances in January 2025 to 187,494 beneficiaries and households caring for and raising social protection beneficiaries, with a total cost of more than 142 billion VND.
Care, treatment, ensure good policies and regimes, and organize Tet and Spring activities for more than 2,000 subjects being cared for, nurtured, and managed at social assistance facilities, nursing facilities for people with revolutionary contributions, and public drug rehabilitation facilities in the province.
