There is still more than 1 day left until the end of the Lunar New Year holiday, but this afternoon, February 1 (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year), many people have returned to the capital Hanoi early.
According to records at the southern gateway, a queue of cars more than 2 km long was jammed heading towards the center of Hanoi. The cars were moving slowly in a row on the Phap Van Expressway (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), near the toll station.
To ensure traffic safety and order, traffic police, mobile police, and traffic inspectors have been deployed in this area, regulating and directing traffic from a distance.

The Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police recommends that people should take the initiative in planning their travel time and avoid traveling during rush hours at gateway routes.
Drivers must comply with traffic regulations, not drive under the influence of alcohol, speed, or recklessly overtake. Passenger vehicles must strictly comply with traffic safety regulations, not carry more people than the prescribed number, and ensure the safety of passengers on the journey to the capital.
