Training on propaganda work on international integration and cooperation

On the afternoon of March 28, at the Department of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Information and Communications coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to organize a training conference on propaganda work on international integration and cooperation. Attending the conference was Mr. Trieu Minh Long, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Information and Communications.

Training on propaganda content on international integration and cooperation aims to equip necessary knowledge and information to help raise awareness of the requirements, opportunities and challenges of international integration in many fields, especially in the field of information and communication.

At the conference, nearly 70 delegates representing leaders, officials, experts of departments, branches, sectors, unions of the province, leaders of People's Committees of districts, cities, enterprises, cooperatives, reporters, journalists in the province were equipped with necessary knowledge and information about the latest regulations of the Party and State on foreign affairs and international cooperation; the world and regional situation - impacts and influences on Vietnam and localities; international integration commitments - opportunities and challenges of localities and enterprises when implementing a number of new-generation free trade agreements; opportunities for investment and trade cooperation in the field of information and communications; and practical connections to the socio-economic development and international integration situation of Hoa Binh province.

Strengthening information and propaganda work contributes to raising understanding and consensus of society, especially of businesses, on international agreements, opportunities, challenges, and requirements to be met when participating in and implementing free trade agreements.
