China Pacific Construction Group was founded by Mr. Nghiem Giai Hoa in 1995, focusing on infrastructure investment and construction projects.
The group has been granted China's first-class general contractor certification for highway, urban, water conservancy, architecture and other fields. The group currently operates about 3,000 industrial parks and urban projects across China.

Mr. Nghiem Giai Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, was born in 1960 in Hoai An, Jiangsu Province. Participate in many trillion-dollar projects in Vietnam

Of which, the Tu Lien bridge project and the road from Tu Lien bridge to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway have a total route length of about 11.5 km. The total preliminary investment is about 20,000 billion VND.
Urban railway project No. 5, Van Cao - Ngoc Khanh - Lang - Hoa Lac section has a scale of double-track standard, electrified with a length of 38.4 km (including 6.5 km underground, 2 km elevated and 29.9 km above ground), 21 stations and two depot areas. The total preliminary investment is about 65,000 billion VND.

Yesterday afternoon (December 9), at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received and worked with a delegation of leaders of 18 enterprises and corporations of the Nghiem and Trang families from 11 provinces and cities of China led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa who are visiting and exploring cooperation and investment opportunities in Vietnam.
At the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the cooperation in the past as well as the cooperation proposals in the future of the Pacific Construction Group in developing important infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
The Prime Minister asked the Pacific Group and Chinese enterprises to continue actively researching and participating in major projects such as the construction of Tu Lien Bridge (Hanoi), Ngoc Hoi Bridge across the Red River, the urban railway section Van Cao - Ngoc Khanh - Lang - Hoa Lac (Hanoi), the metro line or urban railway connecting Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) and Long Thanh Airport (Dong Nai); as well as cross-border railway routes (Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong; Lang Son - Hanoi; Quang Ninh - Hai Phong)...
In response, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the delegates said they will continue to actively research and participate in the fields and projects mentioned by the Prime Minister, pledging to implement projects that ensure progress, quality and reasonable prices, "the most beautiful, the cheapest, the best, the fastest".
