Hung Yen continuously opens land auctions, the highest starting price is up to 6.2 billion VND/lot

Recently, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company issued an auction notice for 41 land lots in Dan Tien commune, Khoai Chau district.

The area of the plots ranges from 73.5 - 133 m2. With starting prices from 25 - 48.75 million VND/m2, the total value of each plot ranges from 1.9 - 6.2 billion VND. The corresponding deposit will range from 380 million - 1 billion VND.

The auction will be conducted in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with a bid of 200,000 VND. The deadline for submitting bids is February 28. The expected date of the auction is March 5 at Dan Tien commercial center.

Also in Khoai Chau district, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 68 land lots in the new rural residential area Xuan Dinh, Pham Hong Thai commune.

The area of the plots ranges from 118 - 182 m2. The starting price is from 20 - 26.4 million VND/m2, the total value of each plot is from 2.4 - 4.8 billion VND. With the deposit regulation of 20% of the starting price, the corresponding deposit amount will be from 480 - 961 million VND/plot.

The auction will be held in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with a bid of 100,000 VND. The deadline for submitting bids is March 6. The expected date of the auction is March 11 at the Pham Hong Thai commune cultural house.

Another organizing unit, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, also announced the auction of 4 plots of land in Hamlet 12, Bai Say Commune, An Thi District. Although the number of plots is not much, the auction still has its own "heat" because An Thi District has recorded plots of land that were successfully auctioned at prices up to 120 million VND/m2.

In the upcoming auction, the land plots range in size from 104 to 112 square meters. The starting price is all at 16 million VND/square meter, the total value will be from 1.6 to 1.8 billion VND/lot. The deposit for each plot will be around 335 to 361 million VND.

The auction will be held in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with a bid of 100,000 VND. The deadline for submitting bids is February 26. The expected date of the auction is March 2 at the Bai Say Commune Cultural House.

Previously, in February 2025, An Thi district auctioned more than 300 plots of land. Of which, 273 plots were located in An Thi town, 32 plots were located in Bai Say commune.

Talking to reporters of the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn , some investors said that real estate prices in Hung Yen province have increased sharply in recent times. Even those with small capital are almost unable to participate in the market. Currently, for "hot" areas such as Van Giang and Van Lam districts, investors with less than 2 billion VND can only buy plots of land in alleys.

According to experts, the attractiveness of Hung Yen province's real estate comes from the presence of large urban areas. In addition, the locality also benefits from major traffic projects such as Ring Road 3.5; Ring Road 4; the heritage road connecting the Red River; the Hanoi - Lao Cai railway; Ngoc Hoi bridge; Me So bridge...

Notably, Hung Yen province has continuously caught the eye of many foreign investors. In October 2024, US President Donald Trump's Group invested in a complex of hotels, golf courses, and residential areas with a capital scale of about 1.5 billion USD. In addition, many "big guys" from Japan have also registered to invest with capital up to hundreds of millions of USD. This will help Hung Yen attract a large number of experts and workers to work, leading to a large demand for housing and services.
