Strengthening revenue management and preventing tax losses

The project stipulates a number of solutions for managing taxes and other revenues of the state budget for mineral exploitation activities, e-commerce business; night business; transportation business; enterprises with related transactions; enterprises outside the province implementing construction and installation packages in the province (transit); foreign individuals working in the province incurring tax obligations according to the law.

The project has presented the current situation and some main solutions on tax management in some fields and business activities in the province. In particular, on tax management: The tax sector strengthens tax management in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tax Management.

Regularly review and promptly grasp taxpayers to put them under tax monitoring and management, especially reviewing and strictly managing enterprises outside the province that have obligations to allocate value added tax to Quang Nam province, organizations and individuals doing e-commerce business, business based on digital platforms, night-time business activities, etc.

Coordinate with relevant departments and branches to monitor, inspect and fully determine tax obligations of taxpayers, coordinate with local authorities and tax advisory councils in tax management of households and business individuals, establish a set of lump-sum taxes to ensure fairness, correct revenue, and no subjects are missed.

Continue to monitor taxpayers' compliance with tax laws through database analysis, apply risk management applications to taxpayers' tax declarations for effective management and supervision...
