The Organizing Committee said that with the extensive development of Vietnam-China economic and trade cooperation and the increase in the number of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, the demand for "Chinese + skills" human resources has become very necessary. The conference and exhibition were held with the participation of Vietnamese-Chinese training institutions, Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, industry associations and educational management agencies of the two countries. Thereby, it aims to promote the high-quality development of skilled human resources between the two countries in the direction of "internationalization, digitalization and greening".

According to the Organizing Committee, the Workshop creates a forum for exchanging and sharing information between scientists, managers, and training institutions of the two countries. At the same time, taking the human resource training needs of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, the specialized development needs of Vietnamese schools, and the desire of Chinese schools to "bring vocational education abroad" as a basis, aiming at the goal of training highly skilled human resources for key industries of Vietnam.

The main contents of the Workshop include: Organizing two roundtable forums on vocational education cooperation and international production capacity cooperation with the participation of representatives from relevant units; Signing framework agreements between schools wishing to cooperate and Chinese enterprises; Launching the Vietnam - China Vocational Education Cooperation Center under the Vietnam Association of Vocational Education and Social Work; Surveying Chinese enterprises in Vietnam and industrial parks; organizing orientation seminars.
