Specifically, the car with license plate 20A- 796.XX driven by Mr. NTN (born in 1986, residing in Cao Bang) suddenly crashed into the guardrail on the highway. Then, the car with license plate 24A- 150.XX driven by Mr. NVH (born in 1970, residing in Lao Cai) behind was unable to brake in time and collided with the car with license plate 20A- 796.XX.
At this time, the tourist bus with license plate 29F-010.XX driven by Mr. NHT (born in 1990, residing in Hanoi) traveling in the same direction behind continued to crash into 2 cars.
At the scene, 3 cars were damaged. The passenger car that had the accident turned across the road, causing traffic in both directions to be partially congested.
