The article was posted on social media but is not true.
Accordingly, the article shows that the car was moving on the road when it encountered an accident and had to stop, the engine was still running, the driver did not leave the driving position, and the warning lights were on.
The authorities came to remind him, but after exchanging information, he happily ignored it and continued patrolling. However, until now, this person has been fined for not doing so.
The content also includes a picture of the fine. The picture shows a car violating the parking violation in front of the Saigon Center building, Le Loi street, Ben Nghe ward, District 1 at 10:39 am on September 3, 2024.
