At the family of Mr. Ha Huy My, the nephew of martyr Cao Van Tuat (in Cao Thang village, Ky Xuan commune, Ky Anh district), the Provincial Historical Archives Center guided and helped the family make an electronic copy of the diary and take preservation measures according to regulations, avoiding direct use of the original, which would reduce its lifespan.
The Provincial Historical Archives Center has contacted, inspected the technical and actual condition of the diary, scanned, digitized and stored in original digital form all 104 pages of the diary, including the cover and blank pages according to the family's wishes.
