This morning, the Ha Tinh City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to merge the Propaganda and Education Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee; and to announce decisions on personnel work. Attending were comrade Duong Tat Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee.
Conference delegates
The conference announced the decision of the City Party Executive Committee on merging the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. The functions, tasks and powers of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee are implemented according to Regulation No. 46 dated December 3, 2021 of the Central Party Secretariat and current Party regulations and State laws. The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee is under the direct leadership and direction of the City Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

The conference also announced the decisions to appoint the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee; announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on approving the members and Deputy Heads of the Inspection Committee of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
