Among these, the State Bank accepted and appointed Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) to hold the position of Chief of State Bank Office.

On the same day, VietinBank also announced information about the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh from the position of Deputy General Director from December 18, to take on a new assignment according to the appointment decision of the State Bank.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh was born in 1980, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hanoi National University.

Mr. Vinh has worked at VietinBank since 2002 as a credit officer at Dong Da Branch. Since then, he has held various positions such as: Deputy Head of Large Enterprise Business Department; Director of VietinBank Hai Duong; Head of Debt Management Department...

Since July 2015, Mr. Vinh has been appointed as Deputy General Director of VietinBank, concurrently Chairman of VietinBank Debt Management and Asset Exploitation Company; Chairman of VietinBank Global Money Transfer Company Limited.

Along with the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh to the position of Chief of Office, the State Bank also made a series of other personnel decisions.

Accordingly, the State Bank appointed Mr. Nguyen Phi Lan - Deputy Director of the Department of Forecasting and Statistics to hold the position of Director of the Department of Forecasting and Statistics.

Appointed Mr. Cao Van Binh - Member of the Board of Management, General Director of CIC to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of the National Credit Information Center of Vietnam (CIC).

Receive, appoint to the position of Deputy General Director and assign the authority of General Director of CIC to Mr. Tran Trung Dung - General Director of Ocean Commercial Bank Limited.
