Attraction from familiar and meaningful topics

"Our youth is..." is not simply a photo contest, but also an opportunity for students to share meaningful moments of their school years. The contest theme suggests a variety of content, from memories associated with the classroom, friends, teachers to extracurricular activities, cultural exchanges, arts, sports or dreams about the future.

With the creativity and sensitivity of youth, the contestants have brought many unique works, full of personal imprints. The photos not only reflect beautiful moments but also convey meaningful messages about friendship, teacher-student relationships, connections and youthful ambitions. Some works also use the art of storytelling through images, integrating emotions and stories behind each frame, creating an emotional and colorful contest.

Officially launched on February 22, 2025, after just under a month, the contest received more than 200 entries from middle and high school students in the Western region. Of which, the number of entries from middle schools accounted for 70%, and high schools accounted for 30%. This number shows the strong influence of the contest as well as the interest of young people in this creative activity.

The contest was held on the official fanpage of Can Tho Vietnam-USA College and received positive responses from the online community. The number of votes and interactions on each entry was also extremely lively, showing the audience's interest and love for the photos.

Playground connecting and spreading youth values

Not only a competition, "Our Youth Are..." is also a space for students in the West to connect with each other and share beautiful stories of their student days. The contest photos are not just images but also stories and the most genuine emotions of student life.

Some outstanding works capture innocent, joyful moments with friends, lively study hours or quiet moments of contemplation about the future. There are photos that evoke memories of times practicing art together, club activities or simply natural moments in the classroom, on the schoolyard. It is these everyday images that create a special appeal for the contest.

Many contestants shared that through the contest, they had the opportunity to look back on their beautiful memories, realize the value of friendship, teacher-student relationships, and cherish their school days. The contest also helped students express their personalities and creativity through the way they chose their shooting angles, told stories through images, and even the messages conveyed in each photo.
