Accordingly, the main problems are related to the lack of a specific land price determination plan as a basis for compensation; land price appraisal to apply prices and approve compensation plans is still slow; some households have not agreed to inventory or do not agree to wire pulling before having unit prices, compensation plans and receiving money; the project is stuck in bauxite planning...

After listening to opinions and recommendations from representatives of departments, branches and localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to be the focal point to help the Provincial People's Committee synthesize, review and propose problems, including site clearance for 110kV power grid projects. In the next 3 months, the implementation process needs to prioritize localities with many problems such as Chon Thanh town, Hon Quan district and Phu Rieng district.

For investors, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to pay attention to strengthening the coordination relationship with districts, towns and cities in site clearance work; coordinate to promptly provide documents and procedures related to investors; discuss difficulties and problems with relevant units to promptly resolve them... For units and localities, requested to pay attention to implementing strict steps; mobilize people to comply with the handover of site for construction implementation and do a good job of construction protection.
