This animal lives mainly in Con Dao. This is the main breeding ground for 90% of turtles in Vietnam, with more than 145,000 baby turtles born and released into the sea from 2018 - 2023.

Mr. Pham Thanh Binh An (construction unit) said that he and 4 workers used foam and sponge to create the models in a workshop in Ho Chi Minh City for more than 1.5 months. After transporting them to Vung Tau, the workers used sand to cover the surface.

"We paint on the foam surface, cover it with glue, then cover it with sand to make it stick," said Mr. An, adding that this method will prevent the model from being washed away in the rain or collapsing in strong winds.
