According to the newspaper, the league's Disciplinary Board has received a report from Ronaldo, as well as a complaint from Al Shabab. They will consider the case on a legal basis, before deciding whether to punish the Portuguese superstar or not. The decision will be made no later than Thursday, February 29, before Al Nassr plays the 22nd round of the Saudi League against Al Hazm that evening.

According to Article 57 of the Saudi Pro League Disciplinary and Ethics Code, if found guilty, Ronaldo will receive a two-match suspension and a fine of approximately $5,300.
