On the morning of July 10, the 20th session of the 18th term Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held its final working session. Speaking at the session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan affirmed: The opinions and recommendations of the Provincial People's Council delegates and voters are very accurate, enthusiastic and will be seriously and fully accepted.
Mr. Do Minh Tuan affirmed: Immediately after the meeting, he will direct departments, branches, sectors and localities to analyze and clarify subjective and objective causes, responsibilities of collectives and individuals to develop specific plans and solutions to overcome the limitations and weaknesses mentioned above. The head of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: It is necessary to clearly define tasks, solutions, units in charge of implementation, assign leaders of sectors and units to directly direct the implementation, clearly determine the time to complete the correction to serve as a basis for inspection, supervision and comments, and evaluation of the level of task completion of units.
In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial People's Committee will focus on 8 main groups of tasks including: Promoting production development in industries and fields, organizing reviews and closely and accurately evaluating the implementation results of each target, product, each industry and field in the first 6 months of the year; analyzing, evaluating, clarifying the advantages and difficulties in the last 6 months of the year to promptly adjust and supplement solutions to overcome difficulties, ensuring the highest completion of the targets in 2024.
Focus on effectively implementing the provincial planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2045 and the Thanh Hoa urban master plan to 2040; issued programs, projects, mechanisms and policies; conclusions of the Prime Minister at the working session with Thanh Hoa provincial leaders; speed up the progress of establishing, appraising and submitting for approval functional zoning plans and detailed plans as a basis for implementing programs and projects in the province.
Timely resolve feedback and recommendations from people and businesses; effectively implement policies to encourage and support business development; continue to review and simplify processes, minimize time for handling administrative procedures; promote digital transformation. Effectively implement tasks and solutions to increase budget revenue, striving to increase by 10% compared to 2023; focus on directing the handling of headquarters and surplus public assets in the province. Strive to complete the disbursement of 100% of public investment capital by December 31, opening up development space for the province and each locality.
Continue to tighten discipline and order in administrative agencies, raise awareness, responsibility, and quality of consultation and work resolution of departments, branches, and localities, especially the responsibility of heads of agencies and units. Gradually put an end to the situation of avoidance, pushing, harassment, and annoyance.
