The scale of individual corporate bonds accounts for about 7.2% of outstanding credit.

ANTD.VN - The value of individual corporate bonds in circulation as of November 2024 is about 1.07 million billion VND, equivalent to 10.5% of GDP in 2023, accounting for about 7.2% of the economy's outstanding credit.

According to data from the Ministry of Finance, the bond market (including corporate bonds and government bonds) currently has 470 listed codes. The average trading volume in November reached VND12.02 trillion, down 11.5% compared to the previous month; however, the average for 11 months reached more than VND11.19 trillion, up 71.7% compared to 2023.

In the primary market, in November 2024 (as of November 22, 2024), 21 enterprises issued individual corporate bonds with a volume of about VND 27.3 trillion (down 18.9% over the same period in 2023).

The value of outstanding individual corporate bonds reaches more than 1 million billion VND.

In the first 11 months of 2024, 86 enterprises issued private corporate bonds with a volume of VND 343.9 trillion (up 57.4% over the same period in 2023). The volume of early repurchase was VND 168.1 trillion (down 18.7% over the same period in 2023).

In the secondary market, from the beginning of the year to November 22, 2024, there were 1,343 bond codes of 321 issuing organizations registered for trading.

According to information from the Hanoi Stock Exchange, in the 11 months of 2024, the total transaction value reached 924,675 trillion VND, the average transaction value per session reached about 4,146 trillion VND/session.

From the time the corporate bond trading system started operating on July 19, 2023 to November 22, 2024, the number of bond codes registered for trading on the system announced on the Corporate Bond Information Portal of the Hanoi Stock Exchange is 1,384 bond codes of 321 enterprises with a registered trading value of nearly VND 1,066.7 trillion.

Of which, there were transactions of 500 bond codes belonging to 171 issuing organizations; the total transaction value of the whole market reached 1,142.8 trillion VND, the average transaction value reached more than 3.37 trillion VND/session.
