Regarding the progress of implementation, up to now, the 1.5km long, 150m wide festival boulevard axis with a world-class water music show has been completed and launched during the recent Tet holiday, while the Sun World Ha Nam park complex is on schedule to reach the finish line on April 30. The first apartment buildings will be handed over in June 2025, followed by the townhouse area along the boulevard axis will be handed over at the end of 2025 so that residents can soon exploit tourism services.
