In the total domestic revenue in the first quarter, 9 revenue items increased; 8 revenue items decreased and 1 revenue item remained stable compared to the same period last year. Specifically, the 9 revenue items increased including: Revenue from selling and renting state-owned houses VND 135 billion, 25.24 times higher; revenue from dividends and after-tax profits VND 155 billion, 14.97 times higher; revenue from non-state enterprises VND 2,629 billion, 2.21 times higher; revenue from environmental protection tax VND 160 billion, up 93.52%; revenue from fees and charges VND 205 billion, up 41.51%; revenue from personal income tax VND 680 billion, up 28.41%; revenue from foreign-invested enterprises VND 286 billion, up 21.51%; revenue from lottery VND 140 billion, up 18.57%; Other budget revenue: 113 billion VND, up 13.31%.
Decreased revenues include: Land and water surface rental fees of VND3.2 billion, down 88.05%; mineral exploitation rights fees of VND3.5 billion, down 71.56%; public land fund and public property benefits of VND1.5 billion, down 59.84%; land use fees of VND66 billion, down 56.74%; central state-owned enterprises of VND116 billion, down 17.18%; registration fees of VND83 billion, down 16.47%; local state-owned enterprises of VND1,091.8 billion, down 3.92%; non-agricultural land use tax of VND2 billion, down 1.38%. Agricultural land use tax revenue is stable at VND2 million.
Total state budget expenditure in the first quarter is estimated at VND6,020 billion, equal to 25.5% of the estimate and up 43.79% over the same period last year. Of which, development investment expenditure is over VND3,627.2 billion; regular expenditure is over VND2,392.4 billion.
