Delegates received ballots asking for opinions on the expected group of questions and respondents at the 8th session of the National Assembly.
Delegates will give their opinions and then vote on three out of four issues to question members of the Government. The questioning session is scheduled to take place on November 11-12.
The group of issues in the field of planning and investment includes: Ensuring resources to implement policies to support socio-economic development in localities after natural disasters; Decentralization, delegation of authority, processes and administrative procedures in implementing resolutions of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of a number of provinces and cities;
Solutions to improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises. Mechanisms and policies to promote investment attraction and development of industrial parks and economic zones.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Ministers of Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Culture, Sports and Tourism; Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
The group of issues in the health sector includes: Mobilization and arrangement of medical forces, ensuring medicine and medical supplies for people and disease prevention and control after natural disasters; Issuance of licenses and practice certificates in the field of medical examination and treatment; Current status of management of functional foods, pharmaceutical cosmetics and solutions to handle violations. Prevention and control of harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in the school environment.

The banking sector issues include: Monetary policy management to control inflation in the context of the volatile world economic situation; State management of the gold market and foreign exchange market; Loan support and interest rate exemption and reduction for people and businesses to restore production and business after natural disasters.

The group of issues in the field of information and communication includes: Solutions to improve the quality of press activities in the current period of social media explosion, especially the role of revolutionary press in promoting socio-economic development; Management of advertising activities in the press and online environment; Investment, development and improvement of the quality of telecommunications infrastructure, especially in remote areas, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.
