
Coming to this fair, Que Chau commune introduced many products such as rice paper, pepper, turmeric starch, peanut oil, wood crafts, agricultural tools, vegetables and fruits, and especially Dat Que sesame oil produced by Que Chau Agricultural Cooperative. This is a typical local product, meeting the provincial 3-star OCOP standard.
Ms. Mai Xuan Thuy - Deputy Director of Que Chau Agricultural Cooperative said that currently, the Cooperative has linked more than 200 households to grow black sesame on an area of 20 hectares. Each year, the Cooperative produces nearly 1,000 liters of sesame oil. This fair is a good opportunity for Dat Que Sesame Oil to promote its products and develop the consumer market.
At the booth of Que Hiep commune, in addition to typical products such as bitter sticky rice, pepper, shallots, turmeric, peanut oil, straw mushrooms, and various cakes and fruits, the locality also brought to the fair a new product, H.Farm high-quality nutritious cereal from Huong Farm green food facility. This product has been recognized as a 3-star OCOP product at the provincial level and is currently registering to upgrade to a 4-star product.

Ms. Pham Thi My Huong - Owner of Huong Farm green food facility said: "During the 2 days of participating in the fair, I was very excited when the number of visitors to the booths was very large. Particularly for my cereal and candy products, the number of visitors coming to visit and buy was very large. This is a product of the "clean eating, green living" trend, so it has a lot of potential and is the priority choice of diners".
The 5th exhibition fair introducing OCOP products and typical rural industrial products of Que Son district - 2024 has 46 booths from communes, towns, and enterprises in Que Son district and Nong Son, Hiep Duc, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh districts, Hoi An city, and Tam Ky city.
The booths display many OCOP products, agricultural and rural industrial products such as sesame oil, peanut oil, cereals, bamboo chicken, cassava noodles, rice noodles, bitter sticky rice, sweet potatoes, bamboo and rattan weaving, lemongrass essential oil, turmeric starch, fine art wood, agarwood, confectionery, vegetables, fruits, plant varieties, etc. In addition, there are also booths providing consultation and propaganda on digital transformation solutions, credit loans and job connections.
