Quang Nam launches "huge" incentives, welcoming more tourists

On April 4, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province coordinated with relevant agencies and units to organize a conference to promote tourism and introduce incentive programs to attract tourists to Quang Nam in 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is one of Quang Nam's activities to promote, promote and stimulate tourism within the framework of Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025 (taking place at September 23 Park, District 1).

Quang Nam province's tourism industry coordinated with relevant agencies, units and more than 70 tourism businesses inside and outside the province to participate in the incentive program to attract tourists.

This year, the tourism stimulus program with the theme "Quang Nam - Green Heritage Land" will take place from April to November 2025, with the total incentive value officially announced at the conference of nearly 10 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province, said that in recent times, Quang Nam has proactively implemented many tasks and solutions to restore and develop tourism; organized many events and activities to stimulate demand and attract domestic and foreign tourists.

"The program "Quang Nam - Green Heritage" 2025 with special and attractive incentive packages promises to bring many interesting and new experiences to tourists; especially during the long holidays of April 30 and May 1. Thereby, contributing to promoting the image of Quang Nam destination and business brand, effectively exploiting customer markets" - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong said.

Specifically, many unique tourism product packages with preferential price policies and quality services such as combo air tickets with resort, sightseeing, entertainment services; experience of Quang Nam green tourism products, experience of "Heritage Route: Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate"; experience program of visiting countryside, craft villages of Hoi An ancient town and accommodation were introduced at the event.

In addition, some promotional programs are up to 50% off, including a tour to explore the Bay Mau coconut forest and experience local cuisine; a tour to explore and experience the ancient pottery village along the river; a 2-night resort program, with a 50% discount on the second night...

Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration, highly appreciated Quang Nam's preferential product packages, which not only stimulate demand in terms of price but also enhance the experience and make customers interested in returning. For example, Tra Que Vegetable Village was voted and honored by the United Nations Tourism Organization as the best tourist village among more than 300 tourist villages in the world.

"It's simply growing vegetables, why is it so attractive? This method is being highly appreciated and we need to continue to honor this title to create more attraction for the destination. If tourism is developed, it will spread to local livelihoods" - Mr. Ha Van Sieu said.

In the first 3 months of 2025, the total number of visitors and tourists staying in Quang Nam reached more than 2.2 million, an increase of 10% over the same period last year.

Previously, in 2024, the total number of visitors and tourists staying in this destination in 2024 reached more than 8 million, an increase of 14% over the same period, including 5.5 million international visitors.
