Quang Nam adds nearly 40 billion VND to support the elimination of temporary housing

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allocated 39.99 billion VND to support the elimination of 686 temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households outside the previously approved list of beneficiaries in the localities. Of which, 647 new houses were built and 39 houses were repaired.

Specifically, Phuoc Son has 21 houses (15 newly built, 6 repaired), costing 1.08 billion VND; Nam Giang has 225 newly built houses, costing 13.5 billion VND; Dong Giang has 255 houses (222 newly built, 33 repaired), costing 14.31 billion VND; Tay Giang has 90 newly built houses, costing 5.4 billion VND; Nam Tra My has 95 newly built houses, costing 5.7 billion VND.

The budget is drawn from two main sources, including the 5% savings on regular expenditures in 2024 transferred to 2025 (more than 36.2 billion VND) and the unallocated social security career source in the 2025 provincial budget estimate (more than 3.7 billion VND).
