Quang Nam issues plan to implement Data Law

The plan aims to ensure unified direction on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and to ensure strict compliance and prevent loss and waste in the implementation of the Data Law.

Closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units; promptly urge, guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing and implementing the law.

At the same time, it is associated with the responsibility and leading role of the Provincial Police in coordinating with departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies and organizations in implementing the Data Law.

The heads of agencies, organizations and units are assigned the task of proactively implementing the plan on schedule, ensuring consistency, quality, practicality and efficiency. Regularly inspect, urge, guide and promptly resolve difficulties and problems in the process of organizing the implementation of the Data Law.

Regarding the review of legal documents, the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Science and Technology; Department of Justice; District People's Committees shall send the results to the Provincial Police before June 20, 2025. The Provincial Police shall synthesize the review results and advise the Provincial People's Committee to report the review results to the Ministry of Public Security before June 28, 2025.

In 2025 and the following years, focus on organizing propaganda, dissemination, and legal education on data; organizing in-depth training, fostering legal knowledge, and professional skills in building, developing, protecting, managing, processing, and using data.

At the same time, compile documents to serve the dissemination of the Data Law and legal documents detailing and guiding its implementation; training documents and professional development training on building, developing, protecting, managing, processing, and using data, etc.
