On the afternoon of December 7, the Central Organizing Committee held a national online conference to disseminate and summarize the Party building work for 5 years (2021 - 2025) and summarize 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025). Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference. Attending at the provincial bridge were Comrade Bui Thi Minh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee and delegates.

The Central Organizing Committee has thoroughly grasped and implemented the action plan of the Party Charter Subcommittee; the outline report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025); the outline report on Party building work for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Regarding the outline of the report on Party building work for the 2020-2025 term, the report will include the following main parts: results of Party building work for the 2020-2025 term; implementation of key tasks, breakthrough solutions; general assessment and directions, tasks, and solutions for Party building work for the 2025-2030 term. Focus on the following contents: Party building in terms of political ideology and ethics; innovation, improvement of the organizational apparatus and improvement of the effectiveness of the political system; consolidation and construction of grassroots Party organizations and improvement of the quality of Party members; building a contingent of cadres and internal political protection work; Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work; strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the people, relying on the people to build the Party; the work of fighting against corruption and negativity; innovation of the Party's leadership and ruling methods.
Regarding the outline of the report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter, Party committees and organizations, based on their functions and tasks, evaluate the results of implementing the Party Charter, focusing on the following contents: the work of thoroughly understanding and concretizing the Party Charter, regulations and instructions for implementing the Party Charter; the results of implementing the Party Charter and general assessment.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission, emphasized that the organization of the summary is only carried out at the Party Committee level directly under the Central Committee; Party Committees and Party organizations directly under the Central Committee urgently develop plans and summary reports to send to the Standing Office of the Party Charter Subcommittee within the prescribed time. Therefore, it is recommended that Party Committees, Party organizations, agencies, units, especially the heads, thoroughly grasp, lead and direct the summary to ensure the requirements and effectiveness set forth, making an important contribution to the 14th National Party Congress.
