On July 3, the Cai Bo Commune Party Committee (Quang Hoa) held the 43rd (expanded) Party Executive Committee Conference. Attending were comrade Be Minh Duc, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of Quang Hoa district.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Cai Bo Commune Party Committee reported on the results of Party work in the first 6 months of the year, deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; approved the draft leadership resolution for the last 6 months of 2023; draft inspection conclusions, and awarded Party badges to 4 comrades.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee of Cai Bo commune led and directed the implementation of tasks, achieving many positive results. The basic crops were planted on time and on schedule, including 205 hectares of corn, reaching 102% of the plan; 28.1 hectares of tobacco, reaching 103% of the plan; 15 hectares of cassava, reaching 150% of the plan...; 8 new party members were admitted, reaching 100% of the plan. The political security situation, social order and safety were always stable and maintained; Party building and political system building were focused on; State budget revenue was more than 18 million 996 thousand VND, reaching 46.6%...
Delegates discussed and gave comments on the Party Committee's tasks; promoted propaganda and implemented resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2023. Focused on leading and directing the government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to successfully complete the goals and targets of economic, cultural and social development, national defense and security, Party building and the political system in 2023.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Delegation Provincial National Assembly delegate Be Minh Duc requested the Party Executive Committee of Cai Bo commune to continue to thoroughly grasp, study and implement directives, resolutions and documents of higher levels; promote the development of commodity agriculture, the progress of new rural construction in the area; innovate the mass mobilization work of the Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations, focusing on replicating skillful mass mobilization models; strengthen the fight against crime, maintain security and order in the locality. Review the remaining tasks and targets in 2023, promote the achieved results, learn from the shortcomings and limitations, thereby proposing solutions to ensure the completion of all targets and tasks in 2023.
On this occasion, Deputy Head of the Delegation in charge of the Delegation Provincial National Assembly delegate Be Minh Duc presented 10 gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of war invalids, martyrs, policy families, and meritorious people in Cai Bo commune on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023).
