This year, the conference promises to continue to bring participants trends, challenges and solutions to keep up with the growth and transformation of the domestic and international F&B industry.

According to Euromonitor, although 2023 is a challenging year for many economic sectors, Vietnam's F&B still recorded impressive growth of nearly 11.5%, reaching a total revenue of more than VND 590,000 billion. This figure shows that the domestic F&B market still maintains a stable performance amid the "storm" of economic recession. This is also an industry with a fast digital transformation speed, constantly updating new technology solutions.

Against this backdrop, the Flavors 2024 Conference is expected to attract more than 300 attendees from top leaders, small and medium-sized business owners, to investors, strategic consultants, and press, media and advertising agencies. Some notable names include Mastercard, Pizza 4P's, Kamereo, Buzzmetrics and Diageo Vietnam.

Bringing together diverse perspectives, the conference promises to bring multi-dimensional and comprehensive discussions on the Vietnamese F&B industry, thereby contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position on the world culinary map.

The morning session of the conference will focus on topics surrounding the market overview, the industry’s ability to adapt and recover from challenges, new trends arising from changing consumer habits, as well as growth potential in international markets.

The afternoon session of the workshop will include 6 thematic discussions on sustainable development, technology applications, building effective financial strategies or the "rise" of the franchise model in Vietnam.

This year’s conference also introduces a themed networking area (Themed Matching Session) for attendees and experts to discuss common concerns, such as cashless payment solutions or food delivery services. In addition, the conference will have a product display area, helping small and medium-sized enterprises increase their recognition and expand their connections in the F&B business community in Vietnam.
