DNO - On August 14, Thanh Khe District Police said they are continuing to consolidate records and documents to handle a series of violations at Kangzin Beauty Salon (address 368 Hung Vuong Street, Thanh Khe District).
Previously, on the morning of August 12, the Economic Police Team (Thanh Khe District Police) inspected compliance with environmental protection laws at Kangzin beauty salon and discovered a series of violations.
In particular, the owner of Kangzin beauty salon could not present legal documents that qualified the beauty salon to operate, such as a certificate of eligibility to operate a business; a notice of eligibility to operate in the beauty industry issued by the Department of Health; a contract for collecting hazardous waste and a hazardous waste delivery book with the collection company; and practice certificates of employees working at the facility.
In addition, the police force recorded that the establishment did not equip specialized trash cans with lids in the service provision area; did not equip or arrange specialized trash cans to collect and store hazardous waste; and threw medical waste and household waste on the sidewalk in front of the business establishment.
In addition, the facility could not present legal documents proving the origin of more than 200 medical supplies, filler solutions, and circumcision tools.
In particular, the police discovered that an employee of this facility, Ms. TTT, was providing surgical intervention services to tighten the skin of a face for a customer.
Through work, Ms. T. said that she was just a cleaning staff at the facility and did not have any medical practice certificates.
The case is continuing to be investigated by the Economic Police Team, Thanh Khe District Police.
