Implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws on the development and use of human resources and high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, in recent times, the work of propagating and disseminating the Law and detailed regulations guiding the implementation of the Law has been widely deployed by the School throughout the School through regular monthly meetings for management staff.
Heads of units disseminate and disseminate to each cadre, lecturer and employee in each unit through weekly, monthly, semester and school year meetings. In addition, when receiving legal documents according to each function, the School organizes dissemination and guidance on implementation by topic to improve the effectiveness of implementing legal documents during operation.
In addition, the system of legal documents of the State has created a legal corridor and favorable conditions for all activities of the University to be smooth. In particular, the period 2021-2024 is the period when the University effectively implements legal policies on developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development. Duy Tan University has effectively implemented: opening 37 new training majors (7 doctoral majors, 9 master's majors and 21 university majors). Of which, 25 majors are autonomously opened (2 master's majors, 23 university majors).
As of November 25, 2024, Duy Tan University has a permanent staff of 1,617 people, with 884 men and 733 women. Of which, there are 1,121 lecturers. Lecturer qualifications: 08 professors, 57 associate professors, 275 doctors, 7 CKII, 666 masters, 11 CKI, 97 university.
Working scene
Science and technology work has always received special attention and investment from the School, so the School's scientific research work has developed remarkably, becoming a highlight of the industry, most notably the School's international publications.
Over the past 30 years, the entire School has carried out over 1,500 scientific and technological topics and tasks at all levels. Of which: 79 topics at the State level, 02 at the Ministry of Education and Training level, 09 at the provincial/municipal level, 02 at the international cooperation level, 11 funded by other organizations, 445 at the grassroots level of teachers and staff, and 1,260 at the grassroots level of students.
At the meeting, Chairman of the School Council, Associate Professor, Laborer Le Cong Co proposed that the authorities create favorable conditions to support non-public schools in general to borrow long-term capital with preferential interest rates to facilitate implementation.
At the same time, create conditions for tax exemption, reduction, or refund for investments in infrastructure construction, staff training, and scientific research for non-public schools that effectively implement state policies and guidelines to have conditions for accumulation and reinvestment to expand the scale of operations.

Based on the comments received at the meeting, the Deputy Head of the City's National Assembly Delegation requested Duy Tan University to complete the report for the City's National Assembly Delegation to synthesize and send to the National Assembly's monitoring delegation.
