Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai was born on August 31, 1965, hometown Tan Thanh Commune, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province, has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in law, bachelor's degree in political theory.
Before becoming the new Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai held many positions such as: Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union; Chief of the Office of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of the Cai Nuoc District Party Committee, Ca Mau Province; Director of the Department of Justice of Ca Mau Province; Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
