Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of January 14, the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; representatives of the Central Inspection Committee and Thai Binh province.

At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat to transfer, rotate and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, member of the Central Inspection Commission, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and to introduce him to be elected as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Presenting the Decision and delivering the assignment speech, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung on being trusted, transferred, and assigned new tasks and responsibilities by the Secretariat. At the same time, he emphasized that Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung is a well-trained cadre; in any position, he is always diligent, courageous, and overcomes all difficulties to excellently complete his tasks.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee suggested that Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung continue to promote his mettle, intelligence, experience, and working capacity, quickly grasp the new situation and tasks; inherit the achievements and experiences of his predecessors. At the same time, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, unite, unite, and closely coordinate in work; promote the potential and strengths of the locality; focus on leading and directing the excellent completion of the resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; direct the good organization of party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung expressed his deep gratitude to the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Inspection Committee, the Central Organizing Committee and relevant agencies of the Central Government for their trust and confidence in him and entrusting him with the important responsibility of holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee. In his new position and responsibility, he will make efforts, devote himself, and continuously study, quickly approach and grasp the reality of the province, closely follow the grassroots, inherit and promote the achievements of the locality, uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, continue to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, born in 1974, from Phuc Tho district, Hanoi city; is a Bachelor of Commerce, Doctor of Economics; has a political theory qualification: Advanced.

Before being transferred, rotated, and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung worked at the Central Inspection Commission with the following positions: Deputy Director of the Financial Inspection Department, Deputy Director of the General Economic Department, Deputy Director of Central Department 1, Director of the Financial Inspection Department, Director of Central Department 1. From March 2023 to present, he has held the position of Member of the Central Inspection Commission.
