On the sunny summer training ground, the crisp sound of gunfire and the cheers and applause after each round of firing by the mobile militia force in the AR15 submachine gun live-fire test, lesson 1 and 1b "Shooting fixed targets in the daytime" made the entire shooting range area lively. Officers of the Binh Son District Military Command and leaders of communes and towns with militia participating in the live-fire test went directly to the shooting range to congratulate and "hotly reward" comrades with good shooting achievements, and to encourage militia soldiers to prepare for the next round of shooting tests.

Female militia soldier Vo Thi Hoanh and her male teammates received "good shooting flowers".

For female "square star" soldiers, shooting proficiently is difficult, and shooting well is even more difficult. However, they have strived to overcome all difficulties and obstacles for women when operating in the special conditions of the military environment to successfully complete the training mission. Many comrades achieved good results in the live ammunition test.

Returning to her resting position after completing the test with rosy cheeks and excellent results, Vo Thi Hoanh, a mobile militia of Binh Phuoc commune, Binh Son district, confidently shared: "This is the second time I have participated in the live-fire test. In addition to persistently practicing the essential movements, calmness, loyalty to the line of sight, and compliance with shooting rules are also factors that help me achieve high results."

For the first-year mobile militia, the topics: Structure, features, and effects of the AR15 submachine gun; disassembling and assembling the AR15 submachine gun; shooting positions..., are carefully introduced by the training staff, combined with precise sample movements. Major Huynh Ngoc Duong, Assistant Militia, Binh Son District Military Command, said: "We follow the motto "Basic, practical, solid". For the first-year militia, to have good shooting results, the training staff must persistently guide, stick to the class, and practice basic aiming skills, correct aiming. I often encourage the militia comrades to always remember the slogan "Hard practice makes perfect, calloused hands shoot well". During the training process, the aiming line must be regularly checked and the trigger hand must be practiced according to the method of "pressing the cheek, leaning on the shoulder, holding breath, and the skin on the hand sticks to the trigger".

The female militia soldiers: Dang Thi Thanh Loi (Binh Tri commune), Pham Thi Kim Chi (Binh Minh commune), Ho Thi Kim Nhung (Binh Thanh commune) are always active, enthusiastic, and eager to practice, making many male soldiers admire them. Not letting family matters and work affect their training tasks, every day they have to wake up early in the morning to prepare meals, take their children to school, and then go to the training ground on time. At night, they take advantage of the day's backlog of work at the office. Everyone tries to arrange their public and private affairs properly to participate in training with the correct content and program. When entering training, the movements of the female militia soldiers are agile and precise. The training ground is hot and the training intensity is high, the women are always sweaty but still full of energy, regularly exchanging experiences with each other and with male militia soldiers to improve the quality of training. In the AR15 submachine gun live-fire test, lesson 1, all three comrades confidently stepped onto the firing line and all achieved good results.

During the militia training sessions, Lieutenant Colonel Bui The Hung, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Binh Son District Military Command, regularly stayed at the training ground, closely monitored the training process and checked and evaluated the results. Lieutenant Colonel Bui The Hung said: "30% of the militia in Binh Son District are women, working as union cadres, civil servants, teachers, workers... Many women have difficult family circumstances, participating in long-term training in hot weather is very difficult, but the comrades still arrange their family and collective work reasonably and thoughtfully to stay in class and on the training ground. During the training process, the unit always cares and creates the most favorable conditions for the female "square star" soldiers to achieve good results, ensuring safety in all aspects. The training results show that the female soldiers are not inferior to the male soldiers in each content. The spirit of overcoming difficulties and being exemplary in activities and training of the sisters deserves to be commended and spread".
