Female cadre enthusiastic about ethnic work

Although she is young and has not had much experience, her positive learning spirit, responsibility in work and enthusiasm for dedication have helped Ha Huyen Linh - a young female cadre of the Nung ethnic group to grow up and reap many sweet fruits, becoming a typical child of ethnic minorities and making positive contributions to ethnic work.

Ha Huyen Linh is always proactive in researching and learning to advise on effective implementation of ethnic work.

Anyone who meets Ha Huyen Linh for the first time will be impressed by the dynamism, enthusiasm and liveliness of this girl. Her paternal hometown is in the border district of Van Lang, Lang Son province, her father is a Nung ethnic group but was born and raised in the land of Doan Hung grapefruit, Linh always cherished the desire to participate and contribute to ethnic work. In 2018, with a bachelor's degree in law from the Trade Union University, Linh chose to return to contribute to her homeland. As a specialist in charge of general work at the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Doan Hung district, with the task of advising, assisting, and implementing policies and programs on legal work, the People's Council, especially ethnic work, Linh is always proactive in researching, self-improving, and trying to learn from her colleagues in the agency to successfully complete the tasks assigned by her superiors.

Recognizing the importance of ethnic work in the district, young female cadres regularly stay close to the grassroots, proactively coordinate with specialized agencies of the district, commune, the Provincial Ethnic Committee and always carefully study ethnic policies to advise on implementation, ensuring compliance with the policies of the Party and State, in accordance with the practical situation in the locality, promptly propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing the implementation of ethnic work and ethnic policies. Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of programs, projects, and policies for ethnic minorities in Doan Hung district.

For Linh, the most memorable memories during her work were the times she met prestigious people in ethnic minority areas. Listening to them talk about traditional customs, cultural beauty of ethnic people and stories about propaganda work, mobilizing people to implement the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's laws and policies, Linh reflected and learned many useful lessons for herself. "As a general specialist, although the workload is quite large, I always try to allocate time scientifically, proactively seek and learn from colleagues in the agency to improve work efficiency, and complete assigned tasks well" - Linh shared.

Despite her young age, thanks to her enthusiasm, dedication to work and many contributions to the development of ethnic affairs, Huyen Linh has been recognized as an advanced worker for many consecutive years and received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Doan Hung District. In 2023, at the Conference to commend and honor advanced models in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Phu Tho province, the young female cadre was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
