According to the latest information from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOCST), the Ministry of Culture has assigned Meritorious Artist Kieu Minh Hieu - Deputy Director of Vietnam Drama Theater, manages operations and is the theater's account holder during the implementation of the Director's personnel restructuring process.
