Tran Lam Nam Bao – creativity and contribution to society

Nam Bao received the RMIT Creative Scholarship two years ago thanks to his excellent academic performance and special ability in design and creativity. The student at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai School (HCMC) at that time made a strong impression on the community with his idea of redesigning textbooks and the concept that "the mission of creativity is to create value for society".

Nam Bao is currently a second-year student majoring in Creative Design at RMIT University. Here, Bao is able to live his passion and create more value for society. In addition to studying and researching, Bao also participates in many community activities such as answering questions and sharing experiences related to study opportunities and scholarships at RMIT to help many students become more confident and ready to apply for scholarships.

Nam Bao also participated in the production of a music product called "Chung mot tam long" by HTV television station to call for support for the vaccine purchase fund during the pandemic. One of Bao's latest meaningful creative projects is the MV called "Co mot viec chou ban o tuoi 18" when Bao composed and sang to cheer up high school students when they are about to step into the threshold of university.

Nam Bao, with his creative talent and desire to contribute, continues to "create value for society" - something that Nam Bao sees as his commitment, before and after receiving the RMIT scholarship.

Ngo Viet Luong - Keep moving forward

Ngo Viet Luong always considers himself a slow starter, needing a lot of time to do something, but Luong's advantage is perseverance and persistence, like a "turtle" who can be slow but never stops moving forward. With that approach, Ngo Viet Luong is one of the students who received a scholarship from RMIT for excellent academic performance. - the scholarship is only for individuals with top academic performance in their faculties and majors.

During his time studying at RMIT, in addition to trying step by step to win a scholarship, Luong also came up with initiatives to bring many positive things to the community around him. The name Ngo Viet Luong is associated with many achievements and titles: outstanding student of Business, one of 10 Vietnamese representatives at the McKinsey Internship Mentoring Program in Southeast Asia in 2023, Top 6 of the HSBC Business Case Competition 2023, teaching assistant for the Learning Skills Support Center at RMIT, student selected to intern at PwC... Realizing that there was still a gap in the playground for business students, Luong founded and took on the position of President of the RMIT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club, creating many playgrounds for the school's student community.
